We all rented mopeds on one of the days and pedded across and about the island. Possibly the best 5 pounds ever. Was well worth it and we got to see so much more of the island.
Moped misshaps:
I gashed my toe open within about 2 minutes...Josh burst his rear tyre carried on riding and BUCKLED the rear wheel...Izzy lost her moped....key!
We stopped somewhere we still dont know where was and had a really nice and cheap dinner.

Canadians, Columbians, Germans, French, Dutchmen and a Sweed!
We met loooads of people on Koh Pha-Ngan. Spent a night on a beach with two Canadian guys (Dustin and Chris) two American/Columbian girls and this guy Matt from Sweeden and as he kept saying about people he'd met "he was such a great guy". Absoulte ledgend. We drank wierd Thai spirits untill about 8 in the morning then went swimming in the rain in moped helmets..safety first ehy! Hell of a night!
We met the Dutch guys on another night and they were mad fun and just mad.
The Germans (Max, G and Ferdinand) were all absolute ledgends. So funny it was unreal and just wicked fun to hang out with. We met Jean the French guy, who is at glascow uni, with the Germans and he was easily on a par with their level of funny!

Koh Pha-Ngan
The next island along was Koh Pha-Ngan. Its an absolutely stunning place but had the most intensly mad beach and jungle parties! We didnt know where Josh, Charlie, Joe and Izzy were but randomly bumped into them and have been with them since. We spent a week on Pha-Ngan and did the infamous Full Moon Party, which was MAD. I spent the night with 3 Germans and a French guy and they were literally some of the nicest and funniest people ever! Ask me about French Jean.
Koh Samui
We stayed in phuket for 3 nights, but decided to search for some les touristy and more secluded beaches. We got the loooongg bus back to Surat Thani (saw wild elephants on the way!) and got another bus to a ferry port and took the boat to the island Koh Samui. We went North on the island and found this amazing bit of beach. We stayed in what was a posh beach hut about 20 metres from the beach. Literally was paradise.
We met a couple of travellers from finland on the boat and they'd found the same bit of beach aswell so spent some time hanging out with them.

Phuket
Vic and I decided we deserved to see smoe more beaches so headed south. Got to the train station at like 7 and ended up getting a train at 11pm. The train got to Surat Thani at half 8 in the morning and we then got a RAMMED coach to Phuket that took 6 hours, with only 1 20 minute stop.
Phuket town isn't actually on the coast so we went to a little town called Karon. It was pretty touristy but the beach was still amazing white sand and the water was super clear.
We met 3 Welsh lads and had a fun night out with them in the next town along Patong. Nice one boyos!

Tuk Tuks, Massages and Suits
Got to Bangkok on the 15th March.
Spent one night and 2 days on Khao San Road, the backpacker central of Bangkok. Neither of us particularly like the city but it was a pretty cool experience. Met Josh, Charlie, Joe and Izzy on the first night and had a bit of look around some of the cities nightlife...lets just say its deffo not Colchester!
Its also pretty near impossible to got 10 feet without trying to be forced to go somewhere in a tuk tuk (for a ridiculous price), have a massage or buy a bloody suit. I've never sweated so much in a pair of shorts and a t-shirt, why would i buy a sut!
